Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By adding WibuGate to a Discord server, configuring it, submitting through its forms, or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using it. The server owner is responsible for everyone who uses the bot in their server under these terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Discord — and therefore WibuGate.
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy at all times.
• You must have permission to install bots in a server (Manage Server) before inviting WibuGate to it.

3. What the bot does

WibuGate is a verification and gatekeeping bot. Inside your server it can:

• Publish a verification embed with a built-in submission form.
• Deliver submissions to an audit channel where trusted roles/users Approve or Reject them.
• Apply formatted nicknames with a server-unique numeric ID, and grant verified roles on approval.
• Assign, remove, kick, ban and lift punishments through trusted-only tool embeds, with optional timers and log channels.
• Optionally (Premium) sync with a Wibuku clan member-ID page and auto-kick members whose ID disappears from the clan.

The bot only acts within the permissions you grant it in your server. You are responsible for the configuration you choose, the roles you make punishable or assignable, and the staff you mark as trusted.

4. Premium subscriptions

• Premium costs $2.00 per month, per server.
• Premium is sold exclusively through Discord App Subscriptions on the Discord App Directory, available once the bot is verified. Payments, renewals and cancellations are handled by Discord under Discord's own terms.
• You may cancel at any time from your Discord subscription settings. Premium remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the server returns to the Free plan.
• Premium features (custom before/after nickname text, advanced ID sort-by modes, watermark removal, Wibuku clan integration) are licensed to the server they were purchased for and are not transferable between servers.
• Refunds, if any, follow Discord's subscription and purchase policies.

5. Fair use

• Do not use WibuGate to harass, dox, stalk, spam, or harm anyone, or to operate a server that violates Discord's rules.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the bot's rate limits, cooldowns, permission checks or paid features.
• Do not resell the bot or its Premium features as your own service.
• Verification submissions may not contain content that is illegal or that violates Discord's Community Guidelines.

6. Bans and abuse

We may limit, suspend, or block WibuGate from servers (or from individual users) that abuse the bot, attempt to exploit it, break these terms, or use it in violation of Discord's terms. Where practical, we will try to contact the server owner first via the audit trail or the contact email below — but we reserve the right to act immediately in cases of abuse or harm.

7. Liability

WibuGate is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any lost data, lost profits, moderation mistakes, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot. Server owners are ultimately responsible for moderation decisions made in their communities.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the bot evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and significant changes will be announced where practical (for example through the bot or the official site). Continuing to use WibuGate after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
